Hi! We formed Johnny Sapphire in San Diego, CA in 2023. Many local musicians and artists have helped bring it to life; exploring, collaborating, and empowering community through self-expression.

Our first release, New Dreams, was a collab with The Sea Monks and was a 2024 San Diego Music Award Nominee for Best Americana Album.  Hot Blue Dot, was our first full-band album released in May 2025 as an homage to Yacht Rock.  We started releasing some singles in Fall 2025, and wur third album, CITY, is due Summer 2026 and will showcase our indie-dance-fusion sound exploring the beauty of gritty city life.
